We’d like to enable staff to easily filter and view only the emails they have personally sent. The current 'Outbound' > 'Email' filter is too broad and , and the 'My Chat' filter is limited by contact assignment.
In our case, all staff need access to the full contact list, so relying on assigned data isn’t practical. However, it’s still important for each team member to be able to track their own email communications. Without this ability, it becomes difficult to manage outreach effectively and can lead to overlap between team members.
