We are unable to see few emails on GHL. For example, any contact is added & he sends email. His all emails will show up on GHL but sometimes one of his email does not show up that created problems for us. One of the emails from customer mwn.rahimi@gmail.com did not show up on GHL. The one that he sent us on July 16 did not show up on GHL but we can see directly from our gmail inbox. We faced this issue with many other customers.

Is this an issue with the system or a glitch your particular services?
Did you have Support look at the issue?
(There are many email related suggestions on the Ideas Board, if this is related to the inbound email trigger or dedicated sending domains vs default dedicated domain it would be good to add your votes to the relevant suggestions. If it is a particular execution error, that is a trouble ticket, not a suggestion for changes to the system.)
