We track this stuff manually in spreadsheets right now which is painful. Having it right in the contact profile like the other comment mentioned would save so much time.

Please push this enhancement to Contacts UP! It would be great to see in the contact's profile if they've opened, clicked, etc like Klaviyo, Kajabi and Mailchimp do. Click the contact's profile and you can see if they clicked or (supposedly) opened a specific email. PLEASE!

I would like to be able to easily see if either a one off email to a contact, or an email from a campaign, has been opened or not, in the conversation section on a leads profile page. If they have opened it, show that by making the email envelope symbol beside the email have an open flap, like how an opened mail envelope looks. If they haven't opened it, it remains as is, it looks like a closed envelope.
