Email CC & BCC feature | Conversations

Any updates on this Shaun Clark Chase Buckner? We launched the initial functionality a few months back, but really need to be able to add CC's ourself - not just when clients CC! :)

In the "Send Email" automation we simply need a field for "reply to" and "cc". These are already standard behaviour in all email programs. 
Use Case: I want to send an email to a contact to introduce them to my client, and copy the client on the same email message. When the contact replies to the message I want the reply to go to the client, not me.
This is an introductory email, one of the primary functions of email since the 1900s. It should be simply a matter of adding these fields to the automation step.

We realize that when we send emails out, we are not allowed to cc or bcc anyone which is absolutely essential. Imagine that you want to send email to 2 key stakeholders in client's organization. Or you wish to copy your manager on the email.

I believe GHL is not really a CRM without this basic feature.

Who should I talk to to implement a) a Carbon Copy function in GHL e-mails, 2) a Blind Carbon Copy, 3) a larger e-mail interface and not the miniscule we have, 4) the ability to see the names of multiple attachments in e-mail messages? This is a major major weakness of GHL that can be easily addressed and I am very surprised that Management has done 0 about it

For those that didn't see it - Shawn put out a feature release video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5hHlbDzIgo) for this a few days ago! Although it's a step in the right direction - we still need:

Ability to EASILY tell when people are being CC'd
Add a 'reply all' button so that #1 is accomplished. This was you can choose to reply to the sender or all
As Shawn added in the video, be able to CC/BCC people yourself.

As Brad and Ryan have mentioned this is really important for many of us. I think in this case copy from one of the best. However much I love GHL some of my clients insist on using Hubspot. The email feature in Hubspot is great, replying is easy so is adding other recipients to the email via CC or BCC. 
The 'pop out' feature in Hubspot is also incredibly useful as it gives you plenty of room to work with. 
Although GHL trumps Hubspot overall I think from a UX experience Hubspot much better from a UI perspective when it comes to Emailing. Copy from the best!
