For my industry, it is required that SMS be documented for compliance purposes. In order for me to fully implement GoHighLevel, I need to be able to download the SMS conversations for each prospect. Please provide this update as it will greatly enhance my business.

also like to expand this to ALL conversations in conversation area - email includes. just click one button to export as PDF (with full view into email since it shrinks up - ie include emails, days, times, content, etc.) Think if client got into a lawsuit and needed to print the communication trail. There is no option to. (just realized I commented this already almost a year ago lol, still needed)

For those in need, you can use an app in the marketplace called "Export Conversations". Still not native, but gets the job done. Cheers

6 years....6. Now that we can build AI bots on the platform to handle FAQs, wouldn't it make sense to create this ability so we can better train our AI's within the platform? When can we get this?
