As mortgage brokers we have to print the E-mail History for each client at the end of each file to include it in the History of the File for the Regulator of Mortgage Brokers in BC, Canada.

The feature is valuable to all Professionals.

There should be a single click button that allows us to save as a pdf document all e-mails and text messages received by exact Date and Time stamps. Right now, I have to go to each message and open it to be able to print everything at the end of each file.

It would be great if GHL can add a feature that will allow users to print conversation threads as this can be helpful in many circumstances.

In the event of disputes or potential legal issues, you can be required to provide communication logs & evidence. Right now there is now way to print the content within the conversation window without creating multiple screenshots, and depending on the length of the conversation, that can be very time consuming.

Allowing for creating a total screenshot view of the conversation (which would show texts, emails, calls placed/recieved, etc..) into a single file would be great for keeping records and providing evidence. To make them more appropriate as evidence, the download formats should include PDF and maybe PNG/JPEG, as these are considered more reliable file types for such submissions.

The file provided should be the entire conversation BUT you could opt to add a "from date -> to date" option so only specific aspects could be captured.

Specifically with medical practices in mind, allow users to print text conversation to pdf, based on date/time range. It would allow them to easily import such communication to their respective EMR system.
