DND status updates in conversation timeline should be easier to understand

When I am in a contact and click to enable DND on all channels it says "user" enabled it:
> DND enabled by user
> DnD enabled by user for all channels
But if the contact replies STOP, the conversation timeline says:
> DND enabled by customer
> DnD enabled by customer for SMS
If I'm running a SaaS, my customer is the user. And 'customer' is not a term that we use throughout the app; we use 'contact' (see the Menu item).
So please reword it using phrasing like 'contact' instead of 'customer' and instead of 'user' why not say 'DND enabled by Cliff' or '...by Sally' or whomever the user was that took that action?

For auditing and transparency, can we get this label to separate "user" = manual action and "workflow" = automation?
Specify which workflow or which user.

Spam filter workflow works great. But I'd like to see the action show which workflow triggered it. Sales & Marketing Core Platform RevEx Group Shivam HighLevel
