⚠ DISABLE sending message with ENTER key on Keyboard �

How do I disable the option to that automatically sends a message when I hit enter on my keyboard?
Because this is a big problem for me and my clients and it's really inconvenient since we mostly use a computer to communicate with customers so whenever we hit the enter key to start a new line in ends up sending the message.
And, as you can imagine, a lot of message get sent by mistake and only causes problems. I would love to have a solution where we can turn this setting off.

YES PLEASE! Just make sending Ctrl+Enter, like in Outlook and other programs.

I was excited when I saw the reporting on this went back a year! How is this not fixed already?? Makes our messages look so unprofessional and tons of short messages that look like we don't know what we're doing.. Ugh

Exactly! While you can hit Shift+Enter, it’s easy to forget. Adding line breaks to look professional is crucial to reflect a professional appearance.

Yes please! My clients are complaining about this - they are sending half-complete messages or accidentally sending messages instead of scheduling them. This is a big issue as it causes confusion for their clients and an unprofessional look too.

This is a very appropriate fix to make sure messaging is correct. Only requires a system confirmation to ensure the message you are sending is indeed ready to send. Every time you hit enter in the message box, it should prompt you if you are sure you want to send this message. Please do this quickly or else we will be forced to use other applications to prepare our message. Thanks
