Differentiate the sender of messages in internal chat

Currently, the interface displays each message as if it were sent by the current user, distinguishable only by the username, but this makes it confusing at firts glance.

Agree - for our clinic team the internal chat is hard to follow. Please show the sender's name above each message, put the current user on the right and others on the left, and give each person their own colour.

Yeah this confuses our team constantly. We'll think we sent something when it was actually the client or another team member. Even just different colored bubbles would help.
