Same issue here. Made a typo in an internal note yesterday and had to delete the entire conversation thread just to fix it. Pretty annoying when you have important context in other comments.

If deleting is not possible, it would be great to be at least able to edit an internal comment after saving it.

Yes! Sometimes clients send information we don't need or want in our conversations, for a multitude of reasons. Please allow us to delete individual messages!

Also, would be good to delete call recording specifically to prevent sensitive information over the phone.
