There seems to be currently no native feature to delete internal chats or team chat threads once they have been created. There is also no option to delete or edit individual internal messages or internal comments posted within standard customer conversation threads.

There is also no way to remove members from the internal chat thread once they have been added.

I would like to be able to delete internal chat threads, edit messages and delete users from internal chat threads.
