Currently, the Conversations filters (and Create View) only offer: Assigned, Follower, Mention, Last Message Direction, Last Outbound Message Type, Last Message Channel, Tag and SLA. There is no way to filter conversations by date.
Request: add a date filter with the following options:
  • Last message date (specific date or custom date range)
  • Conversation created date (first message)
  • Quick presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Custom range
  • Ability to combine with existing filters (AND/OR) and save it in a View
Use cases:
  • Agencies auditing lead response for a specific day or campaign period
  • Checking which leads contacted the business during a paid media campaign
  • Reviewing unanswered conversations from a given period
  • Team performance / service quality reviews by date
Today the only workaround is sorting by newest/oldest and scrolling, or creating date tags via workflows, which is slow and doesn't work for past conversations.
The help article "Getting Started with the Conversations Tab" already mentions date filters, but they are not available in the filter options.
