I'd like the ability to hire out or create my own communication methods to use to interact with contacts in the CRM. Once I create a communication method for my own uses, I might want to sell or give it to other agencies through the marketplace.Today, I need to communicate through WhatsApp since my audience uses WhatsApp almost exclusively. But, I currently don't have a way to use the CRM with WhatsApp, so my staff must work double to go back to the CRM to update contacts after external WhatsApp conversations. The CRM already has email, FB and SMS. But there's potential for many more types of communication if the app had the proper hooks and integration points for custom communication methods.
