I think it would be cool to have a filtration in the conversations tab similar to how you can filter in the contacts tab by pipeline, pipeline stage, tags, user, etc...

it is not clear where/how to add the feature to filter conversations by tags. I went to Labs but its not an option. See screen shot.

Drew McMillin You're close. You're in Agency Settings but you're in Agency Labs. There should be a button that lets you look at Subaccount Options while you are in the Agency Labs Settings. That's where the CRM redesign is.

Please also allow for the following:
- Ability to filter by last CONTACT activity instead of overall activity
- Highlight which message in the conversation is unread (if not highlighting, show an unread badge on the message or allow filtering by "unread" in the contacts convo field)

Filtering conversations through tags would be immensely helpful as we manage different CSRs on different areas. This is an issue for 3 of our businesses. Also, in Facebook messenger business page chatting they have this ability already for example - filter convos through tags.
