Can we also have it so we can also sort UNREAD conversations into OLDEST first order? Default in conversations shows newest unread messages first which isn't ideal when we need to deal with replying to lots of replies from people from a large campaign.

Core Platform: Can we also have filtering inside the conversation? Where we only see the sms or only IG Messages? These get hard to follow when you send a bunch of bulk emails.
Also, could we have it filter out a specific channels rather then filter by last message?
