Contact followers do not have access to contact conversation in the conversation screen

Improve Conversation Visibility for Followers / Teams . Currently, only the contact owner (or assigned Team) can see a contact’s conversations directly in the Conversations screen when permissions are set to "Assigned Data Only." Followers added to a contact can only access conversations by opening the contact record, which makes collaboration harder

Upvote for a fix asap. Either make conversations visable to followers in the conversations tab, or the allow us to select multiple users as "assigned" to a contact. Right now, followers are missing important communication that comes in, and it is not logistically possible for them to individually check contact profiles to see if there are new texts or emails from that contact.

Yes this is very much needed. It is an obvious omission since you can access the conversation when you click on the contact anyway so there is no added security issue. It only makes sense. Thanks GHL team. Love your work!

This is an important missing feature for how our agency is using the system. For locations with multiple managers, sales managers are missing their conversations AND notifications even if they're a follower on the contact.
