Contact DND's then subscribes with a new form... HL won't undo the DND! This needs to be fixed ASAP

When a lead unsubscribes, and you add them to the DND list, They will be unsubscribed from your domain. When they fill out a form to subscribe again, they won't be removed from the block list.This is a really bad thing and needs to be repaired quickly.

PLEASE let's fix this!!!! It's ridiculous that they cannot even access our emails as a new client (important and urgent client emails) after they have unsubscribed in the past and have the DND flag on.

Same with sms, if they reply stop and then decide they want to opt back in to sms again they cant. I have had contact text subscribe, resubscribe, restart and I still cannot send them texts again. this needs to be fixed.

+1 same issue. We have repeat customers that flit in and out of needing our service. It's fine for them to DND when they are done and we stop communication at that point. BUT when they re-engage (which they do at a high rate) we need to be able to help them. Currently many re-engaging customers (arguably our most valuable) never hear back from us, because DND prevents us from communicating with them.
