There needs to be complete parity between the Contact page, the Conversations page and the mobile app.
The Conversations tab allows you to see:
  • Basic Contact Details
  • Appointments
  • Opportunities
  • Tasks
  • Notes
The Contact Record allows you to see:
  • Activity
  • Tasks
  • Notes (different icon than Conversations which is confusing)
  • Appointments (also different icon)
  • Documents (uses the same icon as NOTES from Conversation tab, very confusing)
  • Payment Activity
  • But does NOT allow you to see Opportunities?? Makes no sense
The Mobile App Contact Record allows you to see:
  • Notes
  • Tasks
  • Appointments
  • Transactions
There is no reason these should not be identical across the board, in the same order, and using the same icons. This should be a simple fix!
