When will this feature be developed? We’ve been eagerly waiting for this since 2023. This would be a significant upgrade for every agency using this platform, as all our clients are companies. Having the software set up for B2B instead of B2C would greatly simplify our workflows.

Same issue here. Our B2B clients get confused when they can't see all conversations tied to a company in one view. Right now we have to jump between individual contact records to piece together the full conversation history with a business.

This shows that GHL was built for tiny businesses that cater to consumers only... Unbelievable that they have not fixed this. The request was made more than 2 years agao and I understand that this has been marked as "UPCOMING" for a very long time. What is the reason for the delay?

I have many clients that want to see all conversations relating to a Company. I really hope that we the work being done to turn Company into a custom object, that we can also have the ability to easily view all comms for a company.

HighLevel itself is a bit of a b2b company..............
