Cancel A Scheduled SMS If Contact Responds

It'd be great to have the ability to Cancel and SMS if a contact messages back. Oftentimes, we'll schedule an SMS in order to follow up with a prospect, or remind them to complete something and are just awaiting their message back

I came here to request this! I think it would help everyone! This is a common issue I face. A simple check box above the "send schedule" button would be great so you can toggle it on and off per message.

It's even harder that the scheduled SMS doesn't live at the bottom near the text window... It's so easy to lose sight of a schedule SMS floating away up in the previous conversation :(

Yes, if a "SCHEDULE SMS" is activated inside the conversation itself, it'd be AWESOME to be able to have the message automatically stop from sending upon receipt of an inbound action from the prospect/customer.
Needed this quite a few times and have no way of keeping tabs currently unless it's setup inside of an actual workflow, which is inconvenient

It might not be applicable if there are further actions that need to be automated after that (now) unwanted message, but if the idea is to stop follow ups when the lead responds, you can simple turn on the "Stop on response" setting in Workflows.

Daniel Illingworth I think the intent here is when having individual conversations, not within a workflow. Example, I want to follow up with a prospect in 2 weeks so I schedule a specific message, but after one week they reach out. If I forget to cancel that scheduled text, they get a weird (now) out of context message from me at the originally scheduled time
