Just like WhatsApp web, a red circle-like bubble should appear, with the count or alert of new, or pending messages.

Auto refresh, it's a problem to have to refresh the page to be able to see new incoming messages, if you don't refresh them, you can't see them. This should work like all chats in the market, such as Telegram, or WhatsApp, as soon as a new conversation arrives, it should appear, notify and add up the bubble with the message count. The same thing in it<title>, the number of messages waiting to be answered should appear.

On the left, in the Conversations tab, the bubble/circle should also appear with the count of pending messages to be answered, just as the messaging app appears on the phone, with the pending message counter.
