Bulk "Mark as Read" option or auto mark as read when opening that conversation

Currently we have to manually mark each conversation as read. Just like gmail, you can set it to where when you open a conversation (email in gmail) it auto marks it as read. Productivity and efficiency would increase with this. thanks!

Please, please, please, please. You have no idea how broken highlevel is without this fixed. My team doesn't want to use Highlevel because of TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS and DOUBLEWORK on CLEARING THEM. One notification should clear the second it's viewed across the account, conversations and mobile app. This is a core feature and must be handled as priority.

How has this been requested multiple times over 5 YEARS and it hasn't been rolled out? What is going on?

Automatically Mark a Message as Read in the Conversations Section

Automatically Mark a Message as Read When the User Clicks on the Email / Instagram DM / Facebook DM/ Text Message / Missed Call / etc. in the Conversations Section. People are used to the way their Gmail / Outlook / Yahoo email address works. So, manually having to mark each message as "read" is viewed as an extra unnecessary step, and not intuitive.
It would be helpful if this functioned similar to an email inbox.

Is there a way to make conversations mark as read/unread individualized?
If multiple users have access to the same contacts, if one user marks a conversation or notification for that lead as "read", it will mark it as read for all users. It would be nice to allow each user with the same visibility to have the ability to mark things as "read" but not change the others users view.
