It would be better if GHL implemented separate inboxes for receiving messages per designated number instead of having everything in the Team Inbox, which can get really confusing.
For example, if two staff members are texting the same contact and the contact replies, the message goes into the shared inbox, so both staff members have to check the message details every time just to know who the reply is for.
It would be much more efficient if it worked more like Intercom or Dialpad, where conversations are clearly separated by assigned numbers or users and not in inbox where everyone can see them
