Allow Users to Set a Global Default Font Style and Size in the Conversations Module

As an agency owner and active daily user of the Conversations tab, it would greatly improve efficiency and consistency if I could set a default font family and size for all outgoing messages (emails, SMS, etc.).
Currently, I have to manually adjust the font for each email reply to maintain my branding and readability standards. This becomes time-consuming, especially when managing multiple client conversations per day.
Requested Functionality:
Ability to select and save a default font style and size in Settings > Conversations.
All outgoing messages would then use this font by default unless manually changed.
Optional override per message should remain available.
Benefits:
Saves time
Ensures brand consistency
Reduces user error
Improves user experience for both sender and recipient
Example use case:
Every email I send from the Conversations module should default to Open Sans, 14pt, without needing to adjust formatting each time.
