Allow users to filter Conversations/Inbox for Contact Reply

Right now, there is no way to filter the Inbox by last Customer Reply.
A user can filter by Last Message direction - Inbound or Outbound - but they cannot filter to find Unread/Unreplied to messages, which is especially difficult when there are following workflow messages.
In this case, choosing the Unread view will not display the last inbound unread/unreplied messages - instead the inbox flags the message as Unread due to an outbound workflow message.
This makes being able to find replies that have not been replied to basically impossible - especially when dealing with a high volume of outgoing workflow messages.
Please allow for a Filter for Message Replies. Thank you!
