Request: Ability to send important emails to contacts with DND enabled.
Reason: Spanish regulation allows important emails to be sent despite DND settings.
Context:
Currently, in HL it is NOT possible to be able to send important emails to contacts with DND enabled. Companies should be communicate about service/legal matters like issues with payments or a fire in the facilities.
Explanation from HL:
If a contact unsubscribes from email in HighLevel, the system automatically enables DND (Do Not Disturb) for all communication channels by default. This means you cannot send emails—or any other messages—until DND is manually removed for the email channel.
