We do social outreach and group outreach on facebook using personal accounts. We also use personal accounts to post items in marketplace for clients, but we want the clients to have the ability to respond via messenger to potential buysers through highlevel "conversations", as they don't usually have access to these accounts that we work on.Right now the only integration highlevel allows is through a page (business or community. These accounts we use are neither of those, and turning them into business or community accounts is impossible due to facebook asking for strict verification for business accounts.

YES YES YES!!! Much of our communication is thru messenger!! Same with our GHL clients! And have it attach to the CRM!

For Integration of Facebook/GMB messages etc can we have the ability to also only allow specific users for these channels? This way not all users would get access to these

Yes, I just realized that this is so important. My staff each contacts prospects via personal social media accounts and those messages don't come in.
