This is very useful to identify best lead opportunities in seconds and even automate focus on them. We currently use in Active Campaign.I want to points every time a customer does something...they opened Weekly E-mail I sent = 20 points each open, they clicked on link in E-mail 40 points, they completed form on page link went to 60 points, they responded to Conversations dashboard 25 points ... etcThen in every contact profile their is a field where I can see a total of all their lead scores and using smart lists can sort by highest lead score first.This really enables us to see who are our most engaged customers and we very often find those with highest lead score, are the people that buy most...so if we can add simple lead values for different customer actions and display total in their Contacts...would be HUGE for helping us focus on most likely leads to become PAYING clients.Please vote for this.M

Right now, we're all doing the manual hustle of using workflows and webhooks to approximate lead scoring. It works, but let's be honest—it's like using a flip phone in an iPhone world. We're in 2023; it's time to level up.
Lead scoring isn't a 'nice-to-have'; it's a 'must-have.' It's the backbone of any serious CRM strategy. We're talking about automating the way we prioritize leads so that we're not just shooting in the dark. We want laser focus on leads that are most likely to convert. This isn't just about making our lives easier; it's about driving sales and, ultimately, revenue.
What Needs to Happen
- Criteria Flexibility: We need the ability to set scores based on a variety of actions—email opens, form submissions, and even negative actions like email bounces. The more nuanced, the better.
- Real-Time Scoring: This isn't something that can wait. As actions happen, scores need to update. Period.
We're already doing some heavy lifting to create robust lead scoring systems for our clients. Having this feature natively in Go High Level would be a game-changer. It would make the platform more competitive and make our lives a heck of a lot easier.
So, let's not just vote for this feature; let's champion it. It's time to bring Go High Level up to speed with what businesses like ours need to succeed.
I've included a screenshot from HubSpot to show exactly what we're talking about. If Go High Level could implement a custom field that mimics this functionality, it wouldn't just be an upgrade; it would revolutionize how we manage leads for our clients.
I'm more than willing to dive deeper into the specifics of positive and negative scoring criteria if the mods or anyone else is interested. Trust me, there's a lot more to unpack here that could make this feature indispensable.

Ability To Do Calculations Between Custom Fields To Come Up With Lead Value

ability to have two custom fields that can be numbers and to be able to come up with a calculation between and that product go into another custom number field to then be able to be displayed in Lead Value (Example Custom Field 1 (10) + Custom Field 2 (5) = Lead Value (15) and all that being able to be pushed in through triggers
