This is very useful to identify best lead opportunities in seconds and even automate focus on them. We currently use in Active Campaign.I want to points every time a customer does something...they opened Weekly E-mail I sent = 20 points each open, they clicked on link in E-mail 40 points, they completed form on page link went to 60 points, they responded to Conversations dashboard 25 points ... etcThen in every contact profile their is a field where I can see a total of all their lead scores and using smart lists can sort by highest lead score first.This really enables us to see who are our most engaged customers and we very often find those with highest lead score, are the people that buy if we can add simple lead values for different customer actions and display total in their Contacts...would be HUGE for helping us focus on most likely leads to become PAYING clients.Please vote for this.M
