Please please please add a conversation search option. Really a pain to scroll up, click on see more, scroll up, click on see more, many times looking for a particular comment.

If two contacts have the same phone number, how can we filter their responses back to the right contact in GHL. My employees have separate phone numbers that they are sending the outgoing SMS from, however, when the client responds to either of my two employees, their response only comes back to one contact in GHL.

Here's the real life example: John is a real estate investor and prospective client of mine. I have two projects I would like John to consider so I have Employee 1 text John about Project A from phone number 123-456-7890 and Employee 2 text John about Project B from phone number 098-765-4321. John responds to both texts regarding his interest, however, both of John's responses funnel to John's contact that Employee 1 is responsible for leaving Employee 2 with, seemingly, no response from John and leaving Employee 1 very confused.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I keep these separate?

We need the ability to Save the conversation filters for each user because right now we set the filter we want to see, if we leave conversations and then come back the filters are cleared.

Could there also be an option to turn off Instagram DMs in conversations? This drowns out my emails.

Yes please. It would be nice in the mobile app to be able to filter by emails since that’s my primary means for communication and emails get lost with all of the messages.
