Add option/filter to separate SMS, FB Messages, Email in conversations (incl mobile app)

Add tabs in (especially mobile app) conversations to filter between FB messenger, email and SMS messages. This is important for constant FB messages coming in daily and our trigger campaigns getting lost in that noise. If we can simply filter out and see our SMS/emails only it would be much easier for clients to be able to keep on top of leads.

Every Facebook message opens a conversation in go high level. But I have manychat handling those conversations. My conversation tab is BLOWM up by FB messages and it makes it very hard to manage text message responses.

Could there also be an option to turn off Instagram DMs in conversations? This drowns out my emails.

Yes please. It would be nice in the mobile app to be able to filter by emails since that’s my primary means for communication and emails get lost with all of the messages.

separate everything in conversations. Not everything in one inbox. Have maybe tabs for sms, another tab to see fb msgs, another tab to see only outgoing sms.
