I have several phone numbers:
  • Ones for calling and assigned to a salesperson
  • Other numbers that are just for SMS notifications
Right now in the Conversations tab, it's not clear where the customer's text is SENT to.
You have to click on "details," then see the number, and memorize which number is the phone number. The clarity can be improved so that if someone says "I can't make it" in a notification text, you don't reply from a completely different phone number saying "oh no worries, let's reschedule it".
Improving this so that you converse with clients with the phone number that they are actually responding to will be a good quality-of-life improvement. Some light gray text next to the text saying, "Sent to <phone nickname>" might be all that's needed.
