Would love the ability to @ or tag another team member for follow up. IE I am out for the day another team member takes a call, they can @ me on the call notes for follow up.
But also having notes in the conversation area would be helpful

Yes, this makes it easy so that we don't have to click on the profile and go over to the contact of you in order to review tasks and apply tasks since those are the main activities that we use to follow up

I have always thought that it would make sense if the conversation area with SMS and email, was in the same section as tasks, notes, activity, so everything is 100% chronological and you can check boxes to show or not shows any or all of the other items.
