Ability to save/ archive chats

To be able to archive/save chats from previous interactions with contacts without seeing all of them in the "conversation" feed.
The industry I work with gives quotes to customers over text for certain services. Some customers book within a few days, while others wait a few weeks/months. As a result, the conversations tab gets very cluttered with "hot" contacts and "cold" contacts.
This becomes confusing for clients when they're trying to get in contact with "hot" contacts or doing manual follow-up.
My current solution: Screenshot the chats and upload the screenshots to each client as files. This is very time-consuming, and when trying to reference the chats/screenshots, it's hard to sort through each photo, and you can't listen to the call recordings without manually going to "call reporting" and finding the specific calls.
Suggested solutions: Add some "archive" button that, when pressed, will remove the conversation from the "conversation" feed, but it can still be accessible in the contacts profile or whenever you/the contact reaches back out again.
Alternative: Since there already is the ability to "Quick Filter" the conversation feed. Add the ability to filter by Tag. That way, I can set up some automation that adds a tag to my "active/hot" leads and removes it from my "inactive/cold" leads while saving the conversation.
