I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Conversations feature in the mobile app. Currently, it’s not possible to read a full email while composing a reply. This creates a lot of inefficiency for users handling longer emails with important details, as they have to constantly switch back and forth between reading and replying.
Problem:
Users cannot view the original email while typing a response.
Risk of missing details or making mistakes when replying.
Inefficient workflow for mobile users, especially sales and support teams.
Suggested Solution:
Implement a split-screen or overlay mode that allows the email to remain visible while replying.
Alternatively, a sticky preview of the email above the reply box.
Inline scroll functionality so users can read and reply simultaneously.
Impact:
Improved user experience for mobile users.
Fewer mistakes when responding to complex emails.
More efficient workflow and higher satisfaction for teams managing leads and conversations on mobile.
