Sometimes, a call may be made outside of GHL. We'd love to be able to add the same banner in the conversation that a call was made for calls made outside of the CRM.

Can’t believe this still hasn’t been added. A way to manually log a call is a basic feature the team should be able to add in a day.

We need this feature to migrate historical calls made in other platforms to have all data in GHL. Some clients don't want to leave their current platform to don't lose this information.
