Need to be able to disable emails from important email addresses that may contain sensitive information from showing in a conversation thread for any sub account user to have access to viewing

Example: Company Owner emails the office Manager about a budget report and potential employee terminations needing review. Since both user email addresses are saved in the Contacts, the other users (employees) can read this information directly and now are privy to the potential terminations being reviewed by management
