Ability to delete email or SMS messages

My client is in financial services and they are not happy that they don't have the option to remove messages. If there was a subject access request how would they be able to peform this without deleting the record entirely? Also, if sensitive information comes through on email, they want to delete it from GHL. If its synched with their Outlook I believe there is no way to delete it from GHL? If they delete in Outlook it should delete in GHL, or at least they have the option to remove emails and messages from GHL conversation area. This is an important compliance issue.

Oh, yes - this would be very useful for the occassion when sensitive information shared that the sender requests to be deleted after reading.

Agree. It would be very helpful to be able to delete sensitive information. We have patients sending us cc details and they've expressly asked us to delete these, which we aren't able to do with the current system

The SMS portion definitely needs to happen. GHL charges extra for being HIPPA compliant, yet the fact that we can't delete potentially sensitive individual SMS messages is a huge violation of HIPPA. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

This is so important, we need a way where just a single email chain can be deleted without having to clear the entire conversation!
