My client is in financial services and they are not happy that they don't have the option to remove messages. If there was a subject access request how would they be able to peform this without deleting the record entirely? Also, if sensitive information comes through on email, they want to delete it from GHL. If its synched with their Outlook I believe there is no way to delete it from GHL? If they delete in Outlook it should delete in GHL, or at least they have the option to remove emails and messages from GHL conversation area. This is an important compliance issue.
