Yeah we need this. Made the mistake of putting client notes on the wrong contact yesterday and there's no way to fix it.

Hi! Yes this is super needed. Sometimes gets confusing between contacts when we submit comments. Occasionally we do it on the wrong contact and currently its irreversible. We would love this feature!

This is a necessary feature so that we're able to correct mistakes, and even update the comment with a new status if necessary.

I don't understand why we can't edit or delete. Typos and incorrect info copied and pasted happen so often, multiple clients complaining it's set in stone after they submit it
