The time saved Metric on the conversation Ai dashboard assumes 10 seconds saved per message, the niche we work with (and i am sure this is the same with most areas of work) actually has an average message response time of 100-120 seconds per message. Would love a way to input the average message response time so the dashboard shows an accurate time saved for my agencies clients
