It is not a good thing that the only thing we can do is either turn it off manually, or even stop it only for 48h.
Especially with whatsapp coexistence, the majority of clients use whatsapp themselves, and they dont want to be having a conversation with someone and that the bot, at some point, enters it (and making each client go to ghl to manually stop the conversation is not a real expectation).
SOLUTION: It would be incredibly effective and nice that either:
- There is an option for the bot in which, instead of stopping it for some hours, we can turn it off.
- There is a workflog trigger like 'Inbound message sent' so that we can at least combine it with the update bot action.
I think it is really necessary and could be a fantastic change for all the people that use conversational ai.
