How do I solve this senario...
(when a customer "loves" the message that was sent by the chat bot
Example:
Thanks for calling Marley Nutrition. Get started at marleynutrition.com. Reply Stop to unsubscribe
John Doe:
John Doe loved "Thanks for calling Marley Nutrition. Get started at marleynutrition.com. Reply Stop to unsubscribe"
AI Chat Bot:
You replied with the word "Stop" which blocks all text sent from this number. Text back "start" to receive messages again.
Then 2 more automations start to send because the "customer replied" when actually they just "Loved" or "liked" the message I sent them.

This one drives me crazy too. Reactions should never trigger keyword responses or workflows. We've had clients accidentally opt out because they hearted a message and the bot interpreted it as 'stop'.
