We have a client with hundreds of products who is considering leaving the platform because Conversational AI cannot send product images through WhatsApp.

When a customer asks for a product photo, the AI only sends a catalog link instead of the image. This creates friction, reduces conversions, and provides a poor customer experience.

In LATAM, WhatsApp is the primary sales channel, and customers expect to see product images directly in the chat. For many retail businesses, sending product images is a core requirement, not an optional feature. This functionality would significantly improve AI adoption and sales performance.

Hello! I noticed Super Agents can pull an image from a URL (GHL Media Library) and render it inline in the conversation. Conversation AI can't — it replies with

text only.

This feature would fit AWESOME for B2C businesses running offers through social media.

I achieve this with Super Agents connecting a table as a knowledge base with the link to the product image in it.

We Need This Feature Urgently!! What's the matter that they haven't implemented this feature that has been planned for a long time. It's important to update the agents, they could make it easy, just letting the AI agent connect with the fragments and trigger snipets as the case may be, or with variables. There are many possibilities for not knowing how to implement it in the easiest way.

Any progress? We are losing clients in LATAM 🤦‍♂
