This is very needed. We want to have AI analyze images of past repairs and then be able to tell potential clients if their job is possible based on past repairs.

Ng Yue Hong first ai will respond to images via text.
Then we will allow sending the images.
How will you send images ? From Knowledge base ? Where do you want to store the images so that AI knows these are the images.

Abhishek Kumar Images can be stored in the media storage. Within the Prompt, we can define scenarios where the AI is instructed to respond with both text and a specific image from the media storage.

Ng Yue Hong that's a good idea . We only need to evaluate the size of media storage . To store all the things in media storage would be difficult. Or we can only consider images from media storgea

This would be great. I have a client with 4 locations and gets asked where they are located frequently. We have the bot sending a google maps link but he has also requested that the bot sends a map image. Glad this is planned.

I need this. We want customers to be able to consult with us through images, and the AI will interpret the image, analyze it, and potential quote it. For example let's say the med spa industry we take a photo of someones placement of where they want a certain a certain plan. and we'll give a rough estimate quote...
Or in another industry lets say bathroom installation or interior design, we'll be able to prompt the AI image analyzer and send back an idea for a reference photo.
Or if a user simply wants to text our number, we can generate an image...

Abhishek Kumar If you want the AI to “read” the content(text) of an image, you can use OCR (optical character recognition)

Daniel Ndaya we are aware of that , we need to look at name and content , hence we need to be sure where to store the images .
