Currently, when using workflows to log chat messages to Google Sheets, each message from the user triggers a new row. For example, if a user sends “Hi, can you help me?” and follows up with more messages, the workflow adds a new row for every message. This results in multiple rows per conversation, making it harder to manage or analyse complete chats.

Suggestion: It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to record the "ENTIRE" chat conversation and send it to Google Sheets in a single row—perhaps trigger after the chat ends or after a set timeout. This would make conversation logs much cleaner and easier to process, especially for businesses tracking lead interactions or support chats.
