I’d like to suggest an improvement for the Conversation AI in GHL. Currently, the AI does not seem to be aware of the current date, day, or time, which causes issues when customers ask about booking an appointment.
For example, if a customer asks, "Can I book for today?", the AI should be able to check:
What today’s date and day are (e.g., Sunday, when my business is closed).
Whether bookings are allowed on that day (e.g., if today is Sunday and my business is closed, the AI should tell the customer we are closed).
