Quick Reply Chips / Starter Prompt Buttons for Chat Widget

Currently, the chat widget has no way to display clickable starter prompt chips or suggested reply buttons when a conversation begins. Visitors are required to type a free-form message to get started, which creates friction — especially on landing pages where users may not know exactly what to ask.
Most modern chat interfaces support quick reply chips that appear beneath the opening message, allowing visitors to tap a pre-set option that gets sent automatically as their first message to kick off the bot flow. Examples of what these chips might look like for a real estate use case:
🏠 View Floor Plans
📅 Schedule a Tour
💰 Pricing & Availability
🐾 Pet Policy
📞 Contact Us
This would make a big difference because:
It reduces drop-off at chat open — visitors immediately know what they can ask
It increases engagement and lead capture rates for AI agents
It makes the bot feel more guided and professional out of the box
It's especially valuable for industries like real estate, hospitality, and home services where visitor intent falls into a small set of predictable categories
The ask is simple: allow users to configure a set of starter prompt chips per agent within the bot or chat widget settings. This is one of the most commonly expected features when deploying an AI agent on a website and is standard in platforms like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Intercom. It would go a long way in driving adoption of the Conversation AI product.
