The LONG dense paragraphs in the AI are hard to read. Why can't we format the same way Chat GPT does in their replies with paragraphs (spacing in between), bullets, etc?

Often, conversation AI will have issues with its responses not including full stops, especially when dealing with list of available dates for the appointment booking Action.
It would also be very useful to allow it to put in line breaks to make it's responses much more readable.
Having each date on a new line is much better formatting and more readable.
Below is an example of a list of dates from the appointment booking action. Note that the commas are in completely the wrong places and there's full stops (periods for you Americans!).
It really strains the readability aspect of it, and is simply unprofessional.
"Here are the earliest available slots for a demo call: Monday, 23rd June 2025 at 10:00 AM Monday, 23rd June 2025 at 12:30 PM Tuesday, 24th June 2025 at 1:00 PM Tuesday, 24th June 2025 at 3:00 PM Which slot works best for you?"

Add Support for Line Breaks & Message Formatting in Bot

Currently, the bot sends all messages as a single block of text, even when we try to include line breaks or structure it like a list. This makes longer replies hard to read and reduces the overall user experience. It would be incredibly helpful if the bot supported basic formatting options like \n for new lines, bullet points, or even markdown-style formatting. This would allow for cleaner, more readable messages and more professional interactions. Hope this can be added soon!

The wall of text thing is rough. Our clients mention it looks robotic when everything comes out as one giant block. Even just line breaks would help readability tons.

Yup! it would be great to be able to decide to send different bubbles to appear more human. We do it with n8n and it looks super natural when it comes to talking

The formatting is not supported in bot trial ..we will include it.
But in live chat or real chat channels the formatting is supported .
Do you face any issues there ?
