As of my knowledge, the AI only has access to only one calendar link. It would be nice (and I assume not too difficult) to have a new feature where the bot can have multiple different calendars to book (either for different team mates or departments depending on the client's need).

Rather, just let us upload our own mp3, just like you can on other parts of the CRM.

Yes the ability to add a group calendar link sent out instead of a individual calendar link would solve a lot of problems. I built an automation doing this in a workflow with the conversation AI sending out the group calendar link, but it would be nice if the auto pilot booking bot could just send a group link as well as individual links. Should be a simple code upgrade so it shows the group calendar links as well, since they are already in the system.
