As of my knowledge, the AI only has access to only one calendar link. It would be nice (and I assume not too difficult) to have a new feature where the bot can have multiple different calendars to book (either for different team mates or departments depending on the client's need).

Quick update .:
DO you all need a fallback calendar as well incase the lead selects a service that doesnt belong to you
do you want to .book the lead in a fallback calendar or skip booking altogether .

Abhishek Kumar For allowing AI to select from a list of or selection of calendars, I suggest that you create a list for the AI as part of configuration. For example, you have 2 options, a single calendar or multiple calendars toggle. If you select multiple, you choose a default (if none is provided by the caller/lead) and then add more to buildout the allowable options.

Select: Single or multi-calendar
Single: Choose a calendar
Multi: Select two or more calendars (and select which is default if when a booking is made and no preference is made by the caller).
As an admin, I want to be able to create a booking action for my AI Agent, so that callers can book with a specified person or specialized service.
As an Admin, in a multi-calendar I want to have a default calendar when no person or specialized service is requested by a caller, so that a booking can still be made without forcing the caller to choose if they have no preference.

We are developing Group Calendar support . ETA August
Which means multiple calendar can be part of that group and you can select the group which you want for booking the appointment .

Abhishek Kumar this would be amazing and really needed. If i have multiple agents to book a call with, the group calendar would be great to book an appointment to the one that is free the soonest or when the client wants. Would it work like the service calendar?

Many of my clients offer multiple services, each with its own calendar. I need an appointment booking AI bot that can handle calendar groups or, ideally, work from a service menu. This would significantly improve workflows that begin with form submissions on websites. The bot should be able to identify the service the lead is interested in, then guide them to book the appropriate appointment.
Currently, each booking AI bot can only be linked to one calendar or service, which is too limiting.
Another alternative approach would be to allow the system to detect the desired service (based on the client’s form input), then direct to have several branches with specific paths with a dedicated booking bot assigned to that service. This branching capability would make the booking process much more dynamic and efficient.

I have 11 coaches that run 3 sessions a week over 16wks, a support person for lead calls, and a head coach that does monthly training calls. It would be good if one bot could over see all appointments and rescheduling. I cant put the 11 coaches into a group because the service calendar doesn't allow reoccurring appointments. So, do I have to have 13 bots to manage all the calendars? Allowing a calendar to have more than one reoccurring appointment per week would be awesome as well ;)

Yes, I have to calendars that i want the bot to choose from depending on availability. I tried adding the calendars as a group but the bot doesn't allow for me to select that option in the workflow

At least let us choose a group calendar. I have a martial arts school and we book classes by age. The booking bot with one calendar is kind of useless. I have to teach it NOT to use the HL calendar and to use the calendar times I supply.
