I know the Whatsapp interation is in progress now. But I would like to recommend also Telegram integration as the other countries where users don't really use SMS or in some regions where GHL doesn't support SMS. It would be great if you can add Telegram on the platform as well.

We've got a few clients in regions where Telegram is king. Right now we're stuck using Zapier bridges which gets messy with conversation flows. Native integration would clean that up nicely.

Yeah we've had clients in Eastern Europe asking about this constantly. WhatsApp isn't as dominant there and Telegram has way better bot capabilities for automated conversations.
