a lot of existing clients are interacting with stories.
Leads send most of the time DM's it would be nice to have separate channels for this.

Abhishek Kumar well, most off the time you got loyal followers reacting on stories.
Now you got a bot trying to book appointments or sell stuff to people who are mostly not interested in that.
I currently block instagram for the AI for this reason.
I really would like to use it, to react on instagram DM's only or have the two as different channel or just add a tag to the instagram story people.
If you do engamenent ad campaigns and have people DM you, this is super powerfull.
But now I can't differentiate between people who DM because they saw the ad and people who react to a story.

Mike Cuypers today you can add a separate tag for these loyal followers and turn the bot off for them , using an workflow action

Abhishek Kumar the issue remain for all other "new" followers that interact with the stories. First thing they get is a bot... Not so good for brand loyalty.
This really is very annoying have several clients complaining over it.
Hence I don't use DM's anymore as channel...
Also in the conversation pannel, it would be very handy to be able to filter on stories.
The sales reps are now wasting time on IG story reactions.
