We often use the same core prompt for several AI agents.

If we are updating the prompts, we need to go into several different agents and update the prompts. It would be smooth to have a tab for "Global prompts" where we can update core prompts throughout all our agents.

While we are at it, add a prompt library where we can save prompt templates for easy access platform-wide.
