Need to be leveraging the power of AI Assistants and their intelligence capabilities to build more than just chatbots - with Assistants specialising in Product, Sales and Support knowledge and able to build upon and understand context over time - allowing automatic interaction with the sub-account, staff and contacts, and various internal and external services in the future. A lot of these might overlap with the future releases of Conversation AI but it'll be helpful to review these anyways as they’ll surely make ours a truly AI-first platform.
