The new flow builder is great, but it has a limitation with custom triggers.
Can custom triggers be set up to activate at any point during the current conversation, i.e., before the contact has completed the primary or main workflow? And can this trigger the conversation to follow a separate, detached branch?
For example, if the bot's goal is to book an appointment, but midway through the conversation, the contact asks to speak to someone first, the bot would then activate the custom scenario for callbacks and switch its goal to gathering the contact's details, following a different detached branch.
I tried this with the transfer bot action node, but it only works at predefined points in the conversational flow, not at any stage of the conversation.
A bot transfer action that lets you set the circumstances for triggering the transfer would be perfect, but it's not available for bots built with the flow-based builder.
Could this be looked at, please?
